Good. Prisons, or the idea of going to one should scare the crap out of even the most hardened badass. I we have to have them I propose a ‘death lotto’. Once each week the name of a prisoner is drawn and they are summarily dispatched. Would add some ‘chill factor’ to the people in the country club joints and gang bangers who think the experience will enhance their ‘street cred’

Get rid of all victimless crimes and reduce all sentences to two punishments: 40 lashes or crucifixion. 40 lashes for everything other than murder or homicide and two railroad ties and some nails along the side of the nearest highway for anyone who takes a life or steals over $10,000.
