Watching it kinda reminded me of the comedy channel. That one show where they play the old incredibly stupid B movies and the shadows sitting in the gallery make funny and ridiculous comments.
I guess you’re right to a point. Maybe Shep, like Rush likes to say, was demonstrating the absurd by being absurd.
