Sure Mr. Conason, I’m quite ready to get one of the ACORN criminals to sign a confession as to what they did with those 1300 ballots while they were in the back of that guys car.
Just because Franken was getting passed over on sucha huge percentage of ballots even by DEMOCRATS who voted for Obama and every other DFL socialist, it should be completely believable that on the 1300 magical ballots Franken managed to not unpopular at all.
If this could actually go to a trial, it would be virtually impossible to convince a jury that Franken honestly won this election.
But when Conason asks for ‘proof’, he knows damn well that the only proof is a confession since anybody with a #2 pencil can add any many Franken votes as they want without there being a trace of evidence to prove they did it. If this were a court matter and not an election matter, those ballots in the trunk would never be admitted because there was no chain of custody and they would have to be presumed to be tainted (which, of course, the statistical outcomes pretty much guarantee).
Thre is one thing Colemans camp could do though. They could hire a forensic lab to check a bunch of the mystery ballots. If he could show even a couple of ballot in which all of the boxes were checked with a particular brand of pencil but the Franken boxes were checked with a different one, it could be sufficient to scare a judge into not sanctifying this criminal conspiracy.
The problem is, now the burden of proof is on Coleman. Franken can sit back and expect to coast if Coleman cannot prove fraud to a probably liberal judge.
I like your forensic approach. Take ALL "found" ballots and run fingerprints. I'd BET there are fingerprints from only a few people that repeat on all ballots. If there is a fingerprint that repeats that was not one of the official handlers, you have a smoking gun.
I filled mine out with a pen. I wonder if they could do forensics on the ink on the pens in Minneapolis and Hennepin County?
There were never any ballots from anyone’s trunk. One of Coleman’s lawyers once said that he was told ballots had been found in someone’s trunk but he never provided any sources and the person who supposedly found ballots in a trunk said it was false.
