Yep, I was surprised there’s an African component. In most movies/series, it’s always an evil white guy behind it all ... often German. Of course, it’s still early, so it may still end up that way. In any case, I’m enjoying the show so far. The congressional hearing was good.
The “first” or 2 hour prelude showing a week or so ago, has just that, Jon Voight is the BIG white bad guy, all the poor mistreated Africans are being manipulated by him for some obvious Corporate reason.
