Television, can't say I watch much anymore. I did see the "24" thread here though and caught a few tidbits. Lemme take a "wild guess" at the premise of this(and every other TV drama for that matter). The women(especially)and minorities are the strong intellectual, in-charge characters...and the white males(unless gay)are all stupid, criminal, weak...in serious need of a backbone, a brain and set of b...s? Right?
I actually did watch about 20 minutes(off and on)and came to the conclusion that it was either a made for Lifetime series or a lame attempt at a made-for-TV Die Hard(movie).

Bill Buchanan, James Heller, Milo Pressman, Chase Edmunds, Tony Almeida, Mike Doyle, Aaron Pierce and, of course, Jack Bauer are all white males that have been big time heroes in the show.
