If roughly 300,000 is the capacity for the parade, what are the other 2,700,000 visitors in the city going to do? Hang out in bars and watch it on TV?

Bars are worried that their employees won't be able to make it in as the roads and metro will be overloaded.

So the other 2,700,000 people will just ... stand around in the cold, thinking peaceful thoughts ...

I’m starting to think turnout will be only a fraction of what they’re predicting.
