By being a public figure I don’t need to be a member of his congregation. He conveys his thoughts to everyone publicly.

You do not know the parable of the Good Samaritin. It’s about the willingness of others to offer assistance no matter who they are. I shouldn’t offer assistance because someone is gay?

I do not have authority to correct or instruct him.

Since you are trying to shut my arguments down using the famous “cast the first stone” argument please refer to the entire quote:

Matt 7:2-5 “For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged [if we judge with an evil heart or dark intent, His judgment of us will reflect it; if we judge nobly and honestly, His judgment of us will reflect that, too], and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you [if we use extremes or exaggerations or other unfair means, our judgment will reflect it]. Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye [point out his sins, “minor” in Jesus’ example here] and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye [our own sins, even and especially those we will not admit, magnified by our selective blindness]? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ [tell him of his “minor” sins] when all the time there is a plank in your own eye [that there are greater or the same sins in our own lives which we do nothing about or think we are above]? You hypocrite* [pointing out the sins of others while by pretense we think of ourselves as above sin], first take the plank out of your own eye [sincerely ask the Lord for forgiveness and learn and live the Truth and Light by His Word], and then you will see clearly [be in a righteous position] to remove the speck from your brother’s eye [to judge and to help him out of his bondage to sin].”

Christ wants you to be orthodox in your faith before you even attempt to assist (not judge, I never judged him) others in their faith. Are we not to assist others when they go astray in the Faith?

That statement gets used by individuals who do not understand scripture in it’s totality.

Matt 7:6 says. “Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs

How are we to know what is valuable (Faith) if we do not discern or judge what is right or wrong?

You are more than welcome to your opinion;however,I don’t see how you are forced to share the Gay One’s thoughts.

If you don’t want to see him-don’t watch. Don’t listen. Don’t read his words.

If you’re like most of us, preserving your own soul is just about all the task anyone can handle.

Worry about that-and let God sort the rest out.

If you imagine God needs your help -or mine - in doing so,you may have more of a burden than you had realized.

In any event, let us pray God is kind enough to guide our journey ; and may His blessings be upon you !
