Plants grow in proportion to how much sunlight, water, and CO2 is available. There have been countless professional studies and grade school science projects that have PROVEN that higher levels of COCO2 causes the plants to grow FASTER, which in turn absorb more CO2.

If the sea level rise takes away co2, then would not a further rise take away more co2, thus shielding us further from the full inpact of global warming? It's almost as if the earth were a very complicated, self-regulating system... What a concept. :=)

It’s darn cold around a lot of places and we have to watch out for rising CO2 levels. I would love to see warmer temps.

If "the science is settled", then there would not be so many competing theories as to why we aren't "feeling it"; why it "seems" to be cooling when it is "really" warming; how it is "being masked", and all the rest of it. In the end, all these excuses as to why global warming hasn't caused the predicted apocalypse, are just nothing more than the Liberal's 21st century's verison of "God works in mysterious ways"

The grants are running out and they HAVE to some up with SOMETHING no matter how contrived and convoluted it is.
If they can get the MSM to run with it, they're good for another year's worth of grant $$.

We noticed yesterday that the sea level was higher.
But then it went down.
Then it came up again and then went back down again.
Today we’re watching for some CO2 to be absorbed when the level goes back up.

It look like a backhanded admission that things aren’t really as bad as the “scientists” have been predicting.Looks to me as if the predictions made with such certitude are just wild ass guesses.

The rise in sea level since the last ice age has prevented us from feeling the full impact of man-made global warming. The sea level rise has resulted in more harmful greenhouse gases being absorbed by the seas. Okay, this is nuts............
Just a little. Translation...
The natural global warming of the last 40k years has made detection of any evidence of man-made caused global warming impossible.
No Smoking Hot Spot (The Australian)
IOWs there is no greenhouse effect occurring at all which means CO2 is irrelevant.
