When I heard about this, the first thing that crossed my mind was that perhaps the President was going to award Rush the Medal of Freedom, but being invited to attend Tony Blair’s award ceremony is almost as good...

Story goes that 0 was denied the Blair House because John Howard was booked there way in advance. Likely true
