I have a feeling that the number is fairly high, but you are right that this statistic will NEVER see the light of day.
hello, TigersEye. Thanks for the statistics. Do you have more where those came from? I am in need of some, if you do.

I’m sorry, MountainFlower, that is all I have. You might find more through the links in my post. I also see someone has posted a bunch right below your request. I wish I could be of more help but I did most of my research a few years ago. Now I just add something when I run across it on FR.
If abortion doesn’t matter, why post to this thread? Just to be contrary?
Women with mental health issues after an abortion probably have a conscience.
As for FR, I think there ought to be room here for conservatives who dont believe in Satan or God and dont believe abortion is the only issue that matters.
If you think the owner of this forum should be required to provide you with the resources for spreading a message that he is opposed to, take it up with him, not me.
I choose to be a member of FR (with the owner's gracious permission) because I agree with the mission, policies, and most of all the agenda of FR. If at some point that changes, I won't demand that JR or anyone else be required to provide me with resources to spread my message, in opposition to his. I'll leave, as any decent person would. As long as he's paying the bills, he has a right to decide what message his forum sends out. If you disagree, you have options, but requiring JR to pay for your message, in opposition to his own, is not one of those options.
Thank you!
I didn’t help you at all ... but you’re welcome! ;-)
Excellent post, BB.
It has nothing to do with being in agreement on the issue. You’re just wrong, that’s all. I’m betting you have spent very little time, if any at all, discussing the matter with post-abortive women.
First of all, you HAVE NOT given ANY proof to back up your absurd claim that post-abortive women who have mental health problems had them before killing their babies.
Secondly, it IS a litmus test to those of us who value the sanctity of life. Abortion has caused more damage to this country than ANY tragedy in American history, even the economic problems we have today are DIRECTLY related to abortion.
Finally, of course you can be a conservative without being "fixated" on abortion, but what you and your ilk want conservatives to do is IGNORE abortion.
Actually, they are telling the truth, from their perspective.
They believe that if there were no reminders of how wrong abortion is, including religious reminders and especially in public policy (law),
then there would be no reminder of the guilt involved in killing your own baby.
This is the impetus behind, I’m conjecturing, 90% of all “pro-choice” women.
Just like you cannot be a solid conservative and reject the idea of a Creator,
you cannot be a solid conservative and believe that babies can be killed for the convenience of others without any guilt or moral wrong assigned.
