I always like Pres Bush. The last two years, I thought he was wishy-wahsy on many things.
I have to say, I am so grateful that he was POTUS on Sept 11. What in the world would have happened if there was a Dem in charge? It makes me sick just to think about it.

I remember when Obama won the senate seat and it was Michelle’s turn to talk to the crowd. Not only was she degrading him to the crowd, it was embarassing. This is when he was in the senate! So, I’m wondering when she’ll let everyone know that she’s the reason he’s president.

We eat stuff like that all the time lonestar, just got back from a honkey tonk where we had boiled and fried shrimp with beer and wine. Oops, french fries and a lettuce salad. Don’t think the annointed one would eat that, or even be seen in a honkey tonk.
I thought of that during the primaries, too, when I read BHO’d done some hand gesture from a “song” and realized that was all part of his campaigning style; sending out signals to useful thugs & wanna-be thugz.

It wasn’t about Obama being there in the White House for the speech ...it’s the fact that he left the Blair House at the same moment President Bush was beginning to speak, with a load of press waiting outside for him. THAT is what was so disrespectful. He could have/should waited until after the speech before leaving for dinner. But as with everything “Obama”, and like others have said on this thread, he’s nothing better than a two-bit arrogant punk!
