I thought O’s people were floating the idea that Bush had people following him around with hand sanitizer? I never heard your version. I like it better.
As to O, I can’t blame him much. I avoided Bush’s speech too. I know what he did and didn’t do. O should have been more subtle though. How do you heal while annoying 20% of the population through such an obvious snub?

I liked Bush’s speech, but I don’t really think that Obama needed to be there. It might have looked like he was trying to up stage Bush.
I think that Bush was the one who needed the hand sanitizer, though.
There were pictures of the original meet and greet. Obama’s sneering was obvious. He made a fool of himself, looking very childish.
