It's not a bad movie because it's long, requires thinking, espouses freedom, shows that even good people screw up and overcome, has good camera values and cinematography, lovely landscapes and fairly humorous dialog.

Or even because it shows that determination in the face of evil, and one man's (FLM's) commitment to freedom can make a difference.

It's a bad movie because it was panned by some faggots on the west coast. And that's all you need to know. It's bad. And you should feel bad for watching it.
