If we think police and military units will NOT carry out the order to search and confiscate without probable cause we are seriously deluded. Individuals might not follow those orders, but, by and large the rank and file will....WACO is my example.

No they won't. The majority WILL not. They will hide them. What can they do? Arrest half of the US citizens? You think those militia groups are giving up their weapons? Dream on. They are rabid 2nd amendment fighters.

I may have not been clear. My opinion is that most law enforcement and military personnel will FOLLOW ORDERS. Some individual LEOs or military, who have a passion for firearms and freedom, will not search and confiscate without probable cause. But for many/most of those guys, it is simply a job and they will do what they are told.

I agree that many/most civilians, probably like you and I, will not comply with any ‘executive order’ or law to surrender our freedom and firearms. I took an oath to the Constitution to protect it against “enemies, foreign and domestic”. Those words mean just what they say, and so do I. USMC vet (from Private to Major)
