What’s to worry about? The state legislatures would ultimately have to pass this and you know they’ll do the right thing. After all, isn’t that what those folks who want to repeal the 17th Amendment keep trying to tell us?

The state legislatures would ultimately have to pass this and you know they’ll do the right thing. After all, isn’t that what those folks who want to repeal the 17th Amendment keep trying to tell us? Well, the state legislatures gave up their own power to select Senators. They might do this too.
