I don’t know, but probably. I remember the media made a big deal about him giving this woman water when she fainted at one of his speeches or townhalls. Obama does not share my political views and I am worried about the socialism coming our way, but he seems like a nice guy...God help us. I want him to be a one term monster. LOL

Oh, I know, and totally agree.

I doubt the feds look at it that way though. They likely view FR as being a hostile web site, no matter how wrong both you and I know that is.

As you stated, we may come here and rant about things we don’t like about government and the political opposition, but we are generally a level headed group that just love our country and would never harm anyone. Compare that with the rabid left wing websites, and there is a profound difference.

My concern is not an incident in D.C. since it essentially is under martial law and secured more than any place on earth, but rather an attack by those who’d rather we sink into the ocean elsewhere on the 20th as Sauron’s eye will be squarely focused on D.C. and not notice the little hobbit climbing right into it’s empire ready to do some major damage...

Hopefully I’m wrong and just being a worry wart...

To all the Secret Service Agents reading this thread:

I certainly hope you do a much better job of protecting Obama than you did letting 7 seconds go by between boot tosses without lifting a finger to either disarm an enemy combatant firing projectile weapons at the President, or providing cover for the President.

If it’s such a given that the incoming President might be more vulnerable to attack, you guys really need to, like, not be so incompetent.

You know?

I mean, God forbid anything should happen to this guy. I much prefer the nation learn an abject lesson in poor decision-making over a full four year period than the complete meltdown that would follow your failure to do your jobs, as happened recently in Iraq.

Thanks.

Obama has the best protection in the world in only two words:

President Biden.

"Climax?"

Yea, right... now that mother-in-law is going to be a resident in the White House... every time she steps foot out the door, she'll get a full SS detail.

I keep hearing/reading that momma will not stay there permanently... whatever.

People of America... wake up because you need to see that you're being taken to the cleaners and left with a very big bill of goods.

Sure, they have to do their job, protecting the president, but this kind of left-sided response is nonsense.

And actually increases the risk of what they seek to protect. The biggest threat to Obama will be the leftist idiots on his cabinet. How many of them passed their security checks with flying colors ?

“...I remember the media made a big deal about him giving this woman water when she fainted at one of his speeches or townhalls.”

It happened over and over. It’s even on Youtube.

He’s a total charlatan.

God help us.

“He had left-wing motives, but he was also mentally unstable.”

Redundant. Left-wing motives and mental instability are the same thing.

No, that's not a joke.

To keep tabs on any potential domestic threats, the FBI and Justice and Homeland Security departments have intensified surveillance of white supremacist and other extremist groups

... other extremist groups, such as the American National Socialist Workers Party .... mentioned further down in the article as a real investigated threat.

“Right wing websites?”

The good news is that Hamas is in B. Hussein’s corner.

Obama came to GM Janesville WI plant where I used to work...now closed. We were warned about making nice- despite what people think, not all auto workers are Dems...Janesville was a very GOP area or used to be. He was very nice and asked intelligent questions. This guy is no dope. I wouldn’t vote for him because of his policies, but I refuse to participate in derangement syndrome politics. I had enough of that with Pres. Bush who was treated very badly. I oppose Obama’s policies because they will not work period. I will call my Congressman (Voinivich) and complain...although he is lame duck and unless sentiment changes, we will elect a Dem in 2010-God help us.
