Week of January 18, 2009 - The Ascension Of The One (VBUH)

This Sunday The One (VBUH*) and his loyal followers disciples deign to descend from their new, virtual, Mt. Olympus (somewhere between Waikiki and Hyde Park), to solve all our problems (which were, of course, caused by Bush). They have also come to teach us the error of our evil, individualist, ways. We must learn that we were really meant to live collectively, submitting our selves to the good of the whole, as defined by our betters (them).

It is our destiny.

Please remember, The One (VBUH) is NOT a Muslim (Muslim = "one who submits"). Of course He's not a Muslim. Who would The One (VBUH) submit to? But He does insist that we have to submit (Islam = submission). It's for the greater good, dontcha know?

Now, we have been told that anyone who even mentions The One's (VBUH) middle name (except Him, of course) is clearly a racist. Conversely, his disciples invoking race is a Holy Right and not to be questioned. You do notice the fulfillment of prophecy with The One (VBUH) and that minor figure who preceded him, Marty King? Well this week begins, Miraculously, with the Holy Federal Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, followed immediately by The Ascension of (aka the inauguration... how pedestrian!) The One (VBUH). Coincidence? I don't think so!

My apologies for being so verbose. I think maybe I'm caught up in the current "hero worship" going around. I just can't get over the fact that I'm trying to analyze the Maoists positions of the POTUS. The mind boggles!

Actually, we have a great collection of CD’s we can watch, Poirot, Claudius, Upstairs Downstairs, all sorts of stuff that can provide pictures if we need them.
