I agree that the bill should not be passed but I doubt that there is enough opposition in the Senate has the balls to stop it. Including the SSVS may make it so frightening to the “wetbacks” that they won't get anywhere near it.
While I agree that is a good place to start, I still want the entire proposal scrapped, and I say that as someone whose child is legitimately eligible for the program.
