Yeah, time to let that old flawed Constitution and the requirements written in it go. Slave owning white dead men etc. So what if it lists eligibility requirements for president? We’re modern globalists now.

I had a birth announcement in the Winter Garden, FL paper. I was born in New York. My son was born in South Carolina and his birth announcement was printed in Florida and Louisiana.

It's based on a couple of things. Do some research in the Obamafiles here. I also heard a Constitutional Lawyer/Professor give a talk on it.

Sorry, I've seen way too much on this already. There's no point in going any further. I followed this issue very closely from the beginning, but I have yet to see any ~believable~ evidence that he was born anywhere other than in Hawaii.

There's no requirement in the law that he prove anything. Maybe this should be fixed, but as it stands, that's the way it is. There's nothing that (credibly) suggests that it is going to end up any other way.

And... some professor's opinion carries what force of law?

If I were Obama, there is just NO WAY I would have released my birth certificate. Not now either. I would let the opposition stick it's neck out further, and further... and further... until I could use it as a hammer to finish them off as a bunch of nutcases and undermine the entire conservative movement.

That's what I'd do.

Since 0bama has sealed/hidden/falsified practically every bit of paper in his entire life, these evidences are a bit hard to find. Hopefully one of these court cases will be heard by the SCOTUS and then we will know.

One of the funniest being that maybe the BC is a red herring to make conservatives look wacko and weaken us.

So, let me get this right. Not one person on this forum, nor Mr. Medved, nor anyone in the main stream media has any proof of the hospital that Barack Hussein Obama Jr. was born in, right? No one has seen such a birth certificate and released the information of what hospital he was born in, right?

Barack's Message to America

Barack is flipping off America by his refusal to rightly show his original birth certificate. He absolutely knows it is a constitutional requirement to be a natural born citizen. To think, Barack was accusing "George Bush" of being secretive!

You said — “Where is the evidence that he was born anywhere else but Hawaii? Evidence, not speculation.”

Oh..., there’s all sorts of Internet evidence, and evidence “just about to surface”, too. No shortage there.

What is *totally lacking* though — is any evidence submitted to a court of law, that has been verified as valid and a *decision* made on that basis, plus having it confirmed by the Supreme Court.

THAT is what is lacking.

Star Traveler said: "You’re asking to step outside of the Constitution ..."

The impeachment clause states that the President may be removed from office "on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

There is no indication that the Founders intended to consider failing to " have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years" as an impeachable offense requiring a trial.

The Supreme Court has recognized in the past that actions of Congress that violate the Constitution are null and void and are treated as if such acts had not occurred. The Supreme Court is NOT free to just ignore the qualifications requirement. If it is shown that Obama lacks the qualifications to hold the office, then he doesn't hold the office.

Remember that one of the qualifications to be President is to have been duly elected as prescribed by the Constitution. If Obama is shown to be unqualified, then his actions as President would have no more legal effect than any actions that Alan Keyes might carry out as President. Keyes is not President because he did not meet the requirement to win the election. If Obama is shown to be unqualified, then he too is not President.

Why would you expect a Supreme Court which has exercised the power to set aside unConstitutional acts of Congress to be without the authority to similarly exercise the power to set aside actions of a person who is not President?

...time to let that old flawed Constitution and the requirements written in it go.

Sorry you feel that way. I think we should keep it.

But this isn't about the Constitution. It stands just fine.

It is infuriating that nothing is important in this country anymore, not even making sure a president is qualified by Constitutional requirements.

I cannot believe that those who are charged with protecting the Constitution are totally blowing this off. I have absolutely no respect for any part of our government anymore. Didn’t have much before the election, and have none left at all now.

I will not consider this possible Kenyan to be my president. He has not done what is required to be eligible. It’s the biggest con job in history. He knows he is of a protected class and is untouchable.

But there is one saving grace, The Lord God Almighty has the power to use someone on earth, to expose Zero’s fraud and other illegal things he’s done in Illinois. All most of us can do about this is to pray for the truth to come out.

That was his sarcasm... :-)

But, what you said about the Constitution is very true. It’s just as good and valid as it’s always been. There’s nothing “in shreds” about our Constitution...

All that has to be done is close up a loophole about *required documentation*...

Medved is a liberal republican who, because of his faith, happens to be socially conservative. His barely concealed liberalism makes him useless to the conservative movement.

You can bet that Nasty Pelosi has the goods on Obama -- if indeed there are goods to be had.

Her problem is how to get the information to the "birthers" leaving no way to trace to her.

Her reward? She would become president. If Obama was ineligible to run that should disqualify Biden also and the Speaker of the House would be president. So say some.

Then she'd really have the "pow-wer."

Maybe we better forget the constitutional thing.

As for Medved, he flies off his rocker a lot. Mention the Amero or North American Community and there he goes!

Here is Gov (commerce secretary elect)Bill Richardson saying in Spanish that Obama is an "immigrant." (So he understands understands "immigrant" issues.)The context suggests that by "immigrant" bill richardson means "illegal immigrant"

Here in plain English is the Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya.

The Supreme Court has recognized in the past that actions of Congress that violate the Constitution are null and void and are treated as if such acts had not occurred.

That's certainly a possibility, but the Supreme Court has yet to make any such decision in this matter. Perhaps that's how it would go. But if the case is never presented, it is moot. Likewise if impeachment articles are not drafted, it is similarly moot.

The problem here is that nowhere in the application process to become President is there a requirement that the candidate provide any documentary proof whatsoever of eligibility. The burden is by default on an accuser to to provide proof to the contrary. This hasn't yet happened.

It is a curious hole in the law, but there it sits. He doesn't have to prove anything. Maybe we should fix that.

Medved is a “conservative” the same way John Denver was a country singer - because it’s popular.

If leftwingers were popular talk-show hosts (as if lefties could have a sense of humor!), Medved would be a Leftwing talk-show host.
If it was popular to discuss flying saucers and paranormal phenomena, why THAT’s would little Mikie Medved would be doing.

That pic, is a perfect illustration of what Zero thinks of The Constitution, of The United States of American, and of Americans. He knows he is not eligible. He knows he’s getting away with it too. He knows most of the country is too stupid to have a clue about the possibility he is Kenyan born. The Kenyans KNOW where he was born though. No doubt there, they’ve been celebrating since Nov.4th, the first natural born Kenyan to be US pres. He is a usurper. He knows it. He flaunts it.

The nut Medved repeated every left wing counter to the long form Birth Certificate story.

I listen to Medved once in awhile. He is a little too off base and predictable for me to stay tuned. Now, Michael Savage is a different story!
