It was a good speech, but I’ll have to go over the text.
Interesting how he told the rest of the world that we weren’t going to apologize for our lifestyle (contrary to earlier election remarks) and told those who would commit a terrorist act to stop blaming the West for all their problems.
As for the “responsibility” section of his speech, time will tell...that can have many definitions. Remember Michelle did tell crowds that “Barack WILL MAKE YOU WORK!!”
Is there any chance the realities of office will turn him into (at least) a benign president?
I thought so, too. Time will tell.
