The movie, “Red Dawn”, in 1984. I was 19 when it came out. (Whoa, I’m feeling old about right now.) ;-)

Of course, those were the days of the Cold War, and this kind of movie resonated with us when we were young. (It wouldn’t resonate with young people today.) The plot: Russia invades the U.S., and a group of teens take to the hills, call themselves “Wolverines”, plan a defense and go on attacks.

Just for fun, this was the old movie trailer (lol):

I was a thought in my parents’ minds when it came out.

thanks!

I once red that a gay organization stamped paper money with a pink dye. It was to show the American people that a gay had handled the money and that, now, the person who received the money was having indirect contact with a gay.

So?....Perhaps we will soon see our paper money with the words” “John Galt lives” neatly stamped, or hand printed, on our money?
