When challenged in court to provide substantiating documentation, he has evaded supplying more detailed, substantiating information while mounting many hundreds of thousands of dollars in (ostenstibly, but who's auditing?) personal legal bills. His legal foot-dragging has gone even to the point of letting lapse the time available for his response to posited admissions in Berg's Third Circuit case, recently returned to the 3rd Circuit, forcing the judge to understand the plaintiff now has standing. Among the representations to which Barry has by default admitted is that he was born in Kenya.
According to the Court's rules, the judge must rule against bo, understanding as fact, among other things, that Barry Soetero was indeed born in Kenya to a father who was a British subject--bzzzzt!, GAME OVER for the natural-born presidential qualification.
The trajectory of the figurative bullet (i.e., explanation) to harmonize 0bambi's agressively and obfuscatorily sealing so many of his records while providing and signing apparently falsified documents for other important records will have to out-dipsy-doodle the Warren Commission's Magic Bullet Theory.
False swearing to federal authorities, election fraud, and treason charges as well as a myriad of civil suits await Mahalia's and Sasha's light-footed, dancin' daddy-o, as well as the same for the many 'Rat officials who've allowed themselves to be knowingly used and/or ignored every responsibility to vet Zero's presidential qualifications.
Clare McCaskill, you can probably find yourself soon in federal prison, too.
