Well, Obama has just sealed the fates of any terrorists captured on the battlefield from this point forward.

With him all but guaranteeing these animals safe passage and haven by the US government, most of them will never survive their capture to see it.

From now on, the rule is, “take no prisoners”.

Location is not the issue per se but insofar as a location here in the U.S. means trying them in regular federal courts it becomes critical. To wit,
