I disagree. It's clearly apparent that someone edited the scanned version, to black out the certificate number for example. But it is not clearly apparent that the document is fictional.

Hawaii confirmed nothing about the internet COLB purported to be Barry O's. Hawaii only stated that there was a birth certificate on file. And since you could be born outside Hawaii and yet have a certificate on file in Hawaii, the fact that Hawaii confirmed the existence of a certificate says nothing about the actual place of birth. And we do have an eyewitness claiming to have been present at his birth in Kenya.

- the borders are not correct for the year 2007

- the raised seal is obviously bogus

- the gray and white pixels should be uniformly green around the lettering. A dead giveaway that a graphics program superimposed images, in this case text, over another graphic image.

The one that "factckeck".org displayed on its website? That's the same COLB. A bogus document. Hawaii didn't confirm anything. They only confirmed that they had documentation on file.
