Senior official in the State of Hawaii's Department of Health, Director of Communications Janice Okubo, in her most comment on the purported Birth Certificate image that appears on the Obama "Fight the Smears" propaganda site: "I don't know that it's possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents."
After they challenged her and told her no seal and no signature were visible, then she said that.
But it's a scan of only one side, and the seal was there, just hard to see.
Realizing it's only an image on the internet, what she said is true. You can't validate an image. But that's not the end of the story.
