Your comments are an interesting take considering McCain's actions over the past decade have been as either a spoiler to Conservatism, or as often, to advance Liberal & Anti-Constitutional causes.
While people here might on occasion go overboard, every person having heartfelt convictions has a need to vent. Your comments indicate that you have either no heartfelt convictions or yours are not in sympathy with the majority who read these threads. That causes one to wonder why you subject yourself to these "pitiful" comments, defending a lion of the Socialist agenda, except perhaps out of either a sense of loyalty to the JM brand of Overbearing Governmentalism or contractual employment obligations.

The very fact that you've made atleast 1 false or erronious[sp?] accusation, (opposing JM is a waste of time); and made 2 false statements:
(1)JM won't run again, contradicted by JM himself.
(2)The statement "it is a waste of time up there in MI to oppose JM" does double duty because JM's "leadership" on behalf of the Obama Agenda effects the entire country. This sort of statement indicates either abysmal ignorance of the Senate's role or willing partisenship work for the otherside.
In either case your protestations and those of your fellowtravellers & sock puppets should and will be ignored.

The problem w/JM is that he champions those forces which oppose Liberty. Whether he is aware of it & condones Oppressive Governmentalism - or is simply a gloryhound of the MSM's creation - is moot, since the outcome is identical.
That he is a "believer" in Oppressive Govrnmentalism is supported by his actions & many of his unguarded statements. That he is working toward Socialism is undeniable given the bills he has sponsored. That at one time he was a hero is moot since his current actions harm the Republic he claims to love. If indeed he truly loves the Republic, it is our duty to stop him from participating in further damaging it, in honor of the man he was. He must be retired.

“Your comments indicate that you have either no heartfelt convictions or yours are not in sympathy with the majority who read these threads.”

Give me a break. Are ANY of you capable of reading? I never defended his politics, what I did is criticized the inability of many here to keep their discourse civil. Go use your armchair psychoanalysis on someone who will hang on your every word, not with me. My SIMPLE point is that any and all posters who need to use foul language, immature imagery and other ridiculous words to convey their disappointment are only demeaning themselves and FR and putting themselves down on the same level as their opposition. JM will not run for President again. I find your and others’ obsession with my criticisms rather pitiful. Your time is better spent PROMOTING a suitable candidate that mirrors your philosophy rather than tearing down one who doesn't. Work toward something, not against a has-been. You will get nowhere for doing so, either, and the Liberals are only cheering you on. Anger and base language has no place in a serious debate. Abysmal ignorance of the Senate's role? LOL! Good thing you don't know who I really am, you'd be rather embarrassed by that assessment. That's all, end of thread.
