Saw this morning that phony will now put a bunch of judges into the district courts meaning the SC area will now have 4 conservative judges be replaced by 4 liberal judges and so on .

This cannot be proven thus they get benefits and the company has to pay for it.

I don't either, but I think it is more difficult to monitor this. The trend today is for private corporations to pay for half of the employee's health benefits and the employee pays for all benefits for the spouse and children (I know a lot of older companies are paying everything for everyone, but EVERY company that can is moving away from this), in this case it makes it difficult as a stockholder to argue against homosexual benefits because the company is paying for them.
What about benefits for mistresses? Are they now second class citizens? Or is it only when you shack up with a same sex partner that it becomes different and suddenly a protected class?

benefits should only go to married couples which is a man and a woman regardless if I am in MA,CT and they say it’s same sex marriage.

The government should never put its seal of approval, explicitly or implicitly, on immoral behavior. Homosexual behavior is quite dangerous. If you find out your kids are involved in it, get them to stop—that is, if you love them!

What is the means by which we will have to verify that people who claim their roommate is a homosexual deserving of benefits? Will there be required rimming and felching? How does this work and what is to keep any guy with a roommate claiming the benefits?
