Lost among the language of Obama's "Economic Stimulus Package," aka "Welfare for Lobbyists," is a little-discussed provision to demand that every American submit to a government program for electronic medical records without a choice to opt out. The fact that this kicks HIPPA to the curb, not to mention all other right-to-privacy laws, including those under the FOIA, is bad enough. Having your medical records sold by GOOGLE to its advertisers makes this provision unconscionable.

The Citizens' Council on Health Care has worked to publicize the issue in Minnesota. The group raised opposition when the state Department of Health continued to warehouse DNA without parental consent in violation of the genetic privacy and DNA property rights of parents and children.
Twila Brase, president of CCHC, said at the time the problem is that "researchers already are looking for genes related to violence, crime and different behaviors."
She said, "In England they decided they should have doctors looking for problem children, and have those children reported, and their DNA taken in case they would become criminals."
Sounds like we're going to see a Division of Pre-Crime DNA in jolly old England, or pretty much the plot of the movie, MINORITY REPORT.
In fact, published reports in Britain note that senior police forensics experts believe genetic samples should be studied, because it may be possible to identify potential criminals as young as age 5. What could happen through subsequent programs to address such conditions, she wondered.

South America is way ahead of us on using RFID chips with their nationalized medicine. Heck, we have them up here in WA state in our cars, so we don’t have stop and pay a toll on toll bridges. Little implantable chips with GPS capability. Handy gadgets when combined with that mandatory national healthcare registry. Prophecy has been right about Israel, and a host of other things. We’re repeating history. In the 1920’s and 1930’s in America they used the exact same kind of studies (heredity and criminality) to justify the thousands of forced sterilizations they did on people who were deemed “unfit” to reproduce. Read the history of Margaret Sanger (founder of planned parenthood) for the gory details. I’d wager most Americans don’t know we’ve already been down this road. It really is creepy.
I went to see the original “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” once. A woman in the front row screamed out at the end of the movie, “They’re coming to get us!”
I thought it was funny at the time. Then I started living in the modern world and started really reading my Bible. It’s like in the movie, “Prophecy.” Viggo Mortgensen as the Devil says at one point, in a comment about Johnn Dagget being afraid of whether the Devil was hiding under the bed..........” Viggo said, “Know what? I was.”
A few years ago, I kept getting an automatic fax ‘call’ to my home phone. It went on for days, so I finally turned the fax receive on my computer to ‘receive’ it(hoping it would stop) and it turned out to be someone’s medical records!

What happens if they DO find some sort of gene that leads to crime? What if it offers evidence to explain the genetic makeup of the prisons?

The exact same thing happened to me. I received somebody’s lab results. I called the sender, and she had the phone number wrong by one digit. Scary, though.
If two people on FR have already had similar incidents..can you imagine how widespread it really is?
Now multiply that likely statistic 10,000 fold and you have Obama’s medical records ‘plan’.
Maybe he is setting it up for his trial lawyers buddies to make a mint off the lawsuits too. He gets to kill two birds with one stone.....his lefty marxists looking to brand and eliminate the ‘undesirables’ and his trial lawyers, who will bring millions of lawsuits. Win..win for Obama...(eye roll)
