The package’s current incarnation calls for roughly two-thirds to be in the form of new spending on everything from unemployment aid to construction projects, with the rest consisting of tax cuts for individuals and businesses.

That’s a media lie.

This is about 80% prok-barrel general govt spending increases, especially a ‘downpayment’ on socialized medicine and pork barrel spending for energy and other pet liberal projects. Then it has a small slice for infrastructure (suprisingly small given how the people were led to believe this was all about ‘infrastructure’).
Then it has a bunch of giveaways to people who dont pay taxes in the form of tax ‘credits’, that are mislabelled ‘tax cuts’. Better it is called ‘free money’.

Zero real incentives for work. Billions for bigger govt. And not much at all that could be called ‘stimulus’.
