I think you’re right.
I didn’t used to think that way ‘til Obama walked down to the White House press room last week just to say Hi and got questioned by a reporter. He got kinda frosty about it.
The media didn’t report the incident too well. They don’t want to give a black eye (no pun intended) to the very guy they developed and installed in the White House.
But there’s gonna likely come a time where Obama will blow up or really heavily diss a reporter and then the media will say “Hmmm, this guy’s getting a little too independent for OUR liking. Maybe we need to knock him down a peg or two...”
