Military Judge denies Obama request to suspend Guantanamo hearings:

Sounds good, but there is one important statement:
The Pentagon may now be forced to withdraw the charges against Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, a Saudi citizen of Yemeni descent.
..
Obama is basically saying suspend the cases or I will not prosecute - he’s sticking by his 120 day truce.
“Military Judge denies Obama request. . . .”
Does the CiC make “requests” or does he issue orders to be followed by, oh . . . I don't know, maybe Colonels and such? (thinking . . . thinking . . . thinking. . . .)
0 does NOT suffer gladly divergent viewpoints, questions, or anything less than kowtowing to his “authority.” So does this go “A Few Good Men?” And if it does, is the ending the same or different?
This is no small thing.
Now factor in the implications of 0's alleged pre-election dealings with our foreign enemies and the potential ramifications for and within the ranks of our military.
This becomes a much bigger no small thing.
Yep..thanks for the link. I actually posted in that thread about the same sentence.
Things are sure getting fishy!
