A lot of old guys (but certainly not all) are like that. Screw it, they say. Who cares what anyone thinks about me anymore? I know how they feel.

Young guys still have a future to think about so they can be very PC even when they don't want to.

I think Armey was poisoned by the Washington culture and was basically neutered while living there.

A friend who knows him personally swears that he didn't change during the 90’s. Perhaps his public appearances and his TV appearances were so clipped by the cameras that we didn't see the real Armey.

Glad to see the guy who lived on such a tight budget, during his first terms in DC, that lived in his office and cut his own hair in a mirror.

I truly hope that Dick Armey is back.
