Man accused of planning to blow up Mall of America and threatening Obama

A Colorado man has been indicted on charges of threatening to kill President Barack Obama and blow up the Mall of America in suburban Minneapolis.
A federal grand jury in Denver handed up the indictment Tuesday against 20-year-old Timothy Ryan Gutierrez of Cortez.
The U.S. attorney's office said Thursday Gutierrez isn't yet in custody. Gutierrez has no listed phone number and it's not known if he has an attorney.

True story, in 1997 I went to Bloomington MN on a business trip. I wanted to see the old stadium, didn’t realize that the MOA was built on the old grounds until I saw homeplate at the MOA.
