Thanks for posting this.
These are very bad times which this country has brought upon itself through ignorance, selfishness, stupidity and greed. Those of us that knew better, held to, and stick to, our truly American beliefs. It is sad that our fine men and women in our Armed Forces have to suffer and sacrifice to suit an agenda that is both unqualified and horribly misguided.
I pray for them.
We have a better military then we deserve.
And they have one sorry ass Commander in Chief now.
Man. This sucks.
“Twentynine Palms — yes, that’s how they spell it”
Not always. Sometimes they spell it “Twentynine Stumps”

“STUMPS” ping
Semper Fi !
Excellent analysis. Thanks for the ping jaz.
Hey folks. I’ve said time and again, and on radio, that Obama is a Marxist, not just a socialist whatever that is (such as “leftist du jour”). He was raised in a marxist-rich environment and never Left it.
He does not have the necessary respect for the military that any CIC needs. Even Jimmy Carter (our worst modern president) or Bill “the draft-dodger” Clinton (our second worst) had a little respect.
But what do expect from a man whose friends and family were marxists, communists, communist terrorists, black marxist extremists, black nationalist extremists, whitey-haters, military-haters, crooks, and one registered Soviet agent?
My son has an Army patch given to him for OIF. It says “March 20, 2003” OIF. It means he was one of the first US soldiers to go into Iraq.
The only patch Obama will ever get is the “Yellow badge of cowardice” to go along with that yellow streak down his back and those of most of his advisors (a few are honorable veterans of Vietnam and Iraq but why they choice to go with this fool is beyond me).
Madmax - Vietnam journalist, 1970
"During the interview, Mr. Obama also spoke wistfully of the "respect and partnership that America had with the Muslim world as recently as 20 or 30 years ago" and added, "There's no reason why we can't restore that."
Some will say it isn't fair to make our new commander in chief stick to the facts. That's the trouble with television interviews. They are on tape and stay around for years. If you are going to do them, it helps to know the facts. Let's see, 30 years ago -- 1979 -- the year that Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini returned to Iran, the "Islamic Revolution" was proclaimed, the U.S. was first described as "the Great Satan," our embassy in Tehran, Iran, was sacked, and 53 Americans were held hostage for 444 days. That's probably not the kind of "respect" Mr. Obama had in mind.
How about 20 years ago -- 1989? While investigators still were combing the wreckage of Pan Am Flight 103 in Lockerbie, Scotland, Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi sent MiG-23s to attack a U.S. Navy carrier battle group in the Mediterranean Sea. Final score: U.S. Navy 2, Libya 0. Ayatollah Khomeini issued a fatwa to kill Salman Rushdie. Islamic radicals murdered the president of Lebanon, and Saddam Hussein issued mobilization orders in preparation for invading Kuwait the following August. Some "partnership.""
Yeah, I wept on the day this a$$ was inaugurated...for my country.
