Perhaps more troubling is that his tax liability was due to not reporting his “gift” of a limo and driver. Obviously the donor wasn’t giving Daschle this perk as an act of charity and certainly there was some quid pro quo given or at least expected. Another example of pay to play scams by those close to Obama.
