I’m not a big cop supporter, but it’s hard to believe this is anything other than a tragic, tragic accident. What... the cop felt he was being disrespected so he drew his service revolver and shot a guy in the back with 30 witnesses looking on? I just don’t believe it.
Being stupid has consequences. Whether you have a tin badge on your chest or not. Would you rather he be reinstated with back pay and a “sorry for the inconvenience” from the DA???
