One in ten men could be victims of paternity fraud. I'm fighting for them ...not the money

It might be a good idea to marry a woman with some morals and, only then, have sexual intercourse with her....but, hey, call me crazy for suggesting something ridiculous like that!

You're oppressing me!

All but one of the boys in my family had blond hair and blue eyes, though neither of my parents have blond hair or blue eyes.

The mystery is solved, though, when you look at photographs and talk with people and realize that the blond boys look so much like their paternal grandfather...and find out that their father was blond as a child and his hair changed as he aged.

In any case, the recessive genes were there.

When puberty sets in, her hair will turn black, her skin will become brown, her eyes will become brown, she’ll shrink six inches in height, and she’ll gain a hundred pounds. She’s 22, so puberty should set in any time now.

So they do look like at least one of their known family members?

Every time I read an article like this, the prospect of marriage becomes less and less attractive.

We now live in a Dark Age, where the knowledge of life and living, our dedication to the purity of knowledge and the sanctity of life itself has been corrupted, forgotten and dismissed as irrelevant.  Our once-great Universities have become little more than Marxist indoctrination camps, many Churches have been corrupted by vile sin and The Family itself has become a vehicle of cavalier convenience, to be rent asunder at whim.....and much of the corruption is not only supported by but encouraged by The State, while much of the public remains glued to their OprahVision in casual, blissful indifference.

And, as evidenced by the most recent Presidential election, our great nation will now elect a leader because of the color of his skin and not because of the content of his character.

It will take a truly exceptional woman to move me to consider marriage, and I have yet to meet anyone even close.

Izzat what happened to you??

I’m talking about genetics here, and as Gondring correctly pointed out there are recessive genes. There are also a LARGE number of changes that happen at puberty.

You cannot always assume by appearance anything about genetics.

I know there are exceptions, but as Gondring pointed out, there is always an explanation for it. The genes have to actually be there. We don’t give birth to random races of babies. If the genes aren’t there, it doesn’t just randomly occur.

I have one child that looks nothing like me and was concieved shortly before a divorce.

If my ex came to me and told me he wasnt mine I would beg her to not tell him.

Sure I have paid support for 17 years but as far as Im concerned he's mine now. I love him so much and hes made me proud every single day.

I understand completely the wrong this woman has done to this man. Hes been robbed for sure, but I dont see how he could not love those girls, unless shes aslo kept them from him the wholetime.

What about all the men who want children but are denied any say in the aborting of the child? If a woman wants to kill the baby he has no say. But if she gives birth he is responsible for support. Men have less rights.

When do rights begin? How about raising our children that if they choose to play somebody is going to pay?

Unless the woman is raped, then she did in fact choose to put herself in a position to get pregnant. Would it not be in that man's interest to protect himself before he gets himself in the position of wanting more than what was given? Isn't it time for the suppose smarter sex to start acting smarter?

But as I said, some genes simply don’t get turned on until puberty happens.
Some genes don’t get turned on unless you exercise a lot.
Some genes probably only get turned on if you eat sauerkraut.
So it’s not a cut and dried thing like “he don’t look like his dad, so his mom must have been cheating”

That’s all I’m saying.

Agreed. Statistically speaking, Reward/Risk << 1

Well said.
He can love them and get the joy and fulfillment from that regardless.

My wife is deceased, and we had no children.
I carry way more burden than he.

Blonde hair and blue eyes are not characteristics that always require atleast one parent to have the same features. I know many Indians (from India) who have blonde / copper hair and blue or green eyes, while their immediate parents don't, atleast not all the time.

As for blue eyes:

And none of their relatives ever carried any of those traits? Bull. These traits don’t randomly appear out of nowhere.

Most of the parents had brown eyes with dark hair. Perhaps the childrens' grandparents could have, but I haven't seen them.

The genes that bring out blue eyes / blonde hair are not geography-specific. If the traits are specific, then the distribution is not specific. Many figures in Indian folklore have blue eyes / blonde hair - literature that goes back thousands of years.

Nuff said. No other way you can explain it - both parties failed.

This is about more than just the wife's infidelity. It's about her dishonesty in not telling her husband that their first child might not be his.

I hope this guy prevails.

In the article the father says he still loves his daughters and is trying to maintain his relationship with them.

Mandatory DNA testing at birth.

It solves all problems and isn’t expensive. It should be done anyway because of health reasons.

Now, it will never be done because children’s rights are actually ‘women’s rights’. And women’s rights are actually little more than ‘screwing over men’.
