Assuming you're NOT kidding, since you said you weren't -- The FED is protected by FEDERAL law in this case. Locals wouldn't dare touch him here. They tried the same thing in the Lon Horiuchi case after Ruby Ridge and the head Nazi (Reno) had the case moved to federal court (federal agent) and dismissed. Now if it were simply a ccw enabled citizen it's another matter and that's the really SAD thing.
