It was probably the most effective. I wonder how much it cost them for the air time? How many times did it run?
Beat me too it.
I kept thinking Used Cars should have been included in the recent thread listing the most conservative movies.
>>That makes it non-pornographic. I feel so much better now that I know that.<<
I guess porn is in the eye of the beholder. Seeing a woman in undies is not pornographic to me. She actually had more on than the ladies on this thread. And understanding that I’m a woman, her image is nothing I haven’t seen myself in my own mirror.
So keep your judgmental opinions, my FRiend. You know squat about me. My eight-year-old daughter and I loved it, because we have seen ourselves in undies. Maybe you saw it as porn. No one in my family did. It was humor, plain and simple.

The Doritos ad is called “The Power of the Crunch” It’s the last ad on the page.
Watch the guys face. It’s classic!
That pix is just so wrong....
Good one. LOL. (That's not meant as a comment on your appearance, of which I know nothing.)
You're losing sight of my first comment WRT this. I said the Doritos ad was "more pornographic" than the Go daddy ad. And no, I will NOT keep my opinions to myself. By categorizing my opinions as judgmental, you are offering your own judgmental opinion. HA!
Are there any non-judgmental opinions?
BTW, it's an Anecdotal Fallacy to compare the private, publicly unseen image of you in front of your mirror with the video image of a woman on a national TV commercial. How many people have seen you in that condition out on a public sidewalk?
I know, stupid old democrat fool.
>>How many people have seen you in that condition out on a public sidewalk? <<
LOL!
I vacationed in Ft. Lauderdale.
I’d say thousands.
“HA” to your hearts content. I deal with the “women should be covered” crowd all the time. They make Christians look like cultists.
If one cannot handle the sight of a woman in underwear or a baiting suit, one needs a bit more self control.
Amen! My husband, our 10yo daughter and I all thought that commercial to be absolutely hilarious.
I just don't understand folks who insist on finding something offensive in absolutely EVERYTHING. Yeah, there are some offensive ads, no doubt about that, but that one just doesn't fall into the category, IMHO.
The first of many cardinal fan whines.
The cards came back from 13 points down and took the lead and the game came down to 2:37, the Steelers with a 1st and 20 and 88 yards to go.
The Cards defense couldn't stop Sherlock Holmes and the Steelers won.
Stop crying and enjoy what your team accomplished, they were truly the second best team in the Super Bowl.
Good grief, who said anything about ‘handling’ women in any particular situation? That’s not the issue, and you know it.
Your moral relativism does not make me a cultist.
Seems like you’re saying you paraded around Ft. Lauderdale in a bra, panties, black nylons, a garter, and high heels. Why would you do that? (I’m tempted to suggest a reason, but I won’t.)
Or is that another one of your moral relativism statements? Wearing a bra, panties, black nylons, a garter, and high heels equal wearing a bikini?
Hey they can do it because they be cox.
>>Wearing a bra, panties, black nylons, a garter, and high heels equal wearing a bikini?<<
Wearing a bra, panties, nylons, and a garter belt actually covers MORE of a woman.
Where is your mind at? Tsk, tsk, tsk.
Thanks Lady!
Mil and I were watching the commercials on Yahoo and had to call the rest of the family over for that one. We liked the “Grease Monkey” one too.
That poster reminds me of the mother that came to my friend’s house to swim in her pool. The woman announced that it was immodest for girls to wear two piece bathing suits, while my friend’s daughter had one on that actually covered more skin than the speedo the visitor was wearing!!!! Talk about self-righteous!
Clydesdale Stick is in the top five!!
My faves of them all were the AB Clydesdale ones.
Jax wasn’t watching the game with us, and in fact only caught the Doritos ad because she saw daddy had brought out chips and dip and she wanted to munch.........
I’ve run into self-righteous people such as your speedo woman. I never could figure them out.
The Clydesdales were hillarious!
My girls liked the one with the circus horse.
I have to say, we watched more of the Puppy Bowl and the kitty half-time!
Yup!
More like a branch. I could use one of those horses in my backyard.
We ditched the cable and satellite, so no more Puppy Bowl here *****SIGH*****
Jax created her own kitty halftime by “sneaking” several of the outside kittens into the attic office while mom and dad were downstairs watching the game!!!
The Clydesdale ads with the dalmation are like watching the next episode of a favorite show.
My girls would have had more fun with Jax and the kitties!
