Not Hawaii, they're talking about raising them. Hawaii is the bottom of the barrel for “business friendly” of any state you can name. I believe they actually get a kick out of seeing you go under. Of course this is a Democrat/Liberal/idiot run state. The Gov. Linda Lingle is a Republican, one of the very very few in all government here and she is a RINO. The Mayor of Maui County, where I live, is a full on imbecile and is ruining business on this island.
