In New Jersey my two senators are Lautenberg and Menendez, two of the most socialist creeps in the country. Somehow, I don’t think they’ll listen. With the exception of Scott Garrett, I have no representation in NJ.

5 TARP is recognized as unconstitutional and all TARP funding is cancelled.
6 All previous bailout provisions are also recognized as outside the Enumerated
7 Powers as well as outide the 9th and 10th Amendments to the Constitution
8 of the United States of America and are cancelled.
