Why isn’t he walking through the ice-storm damaged areas and promising to make it all better?
Has he even acknowleged that it has happened?

Why should any President be concerned about weather events hundreds or miles away?
Can you imagine Washington DC bailing out Chicago in 1871 (fire) or San Fran earthquake in 1906???
