It grieves me to inform you that you are correct. There was a lot of talk about how we don’t know anything about him and he never says anything, he just rattles off catchwords but the information was there and he actually said a lot about what he would do. The problem is that people didn’t pay attention to what he said and the media were totally in the tank for him. If we had either honest media or intelligent voters he would have been a laughingstock.

There wasnt enough money in the world to beat the free publicity they dumped on this guy. Add to that the very real millions he received in campaign funds , and the fact that McCain was a terrible pick, thanks to an early New Hampshire primary and we end up with total incompetency.
