Joe Scarborough looks tired and cranky. Barnacle looks ancient and defeated. Nice to see Carlson out of a bowtie, though he still looks like a college student.
This isn't a stimulus bill, it's a supplemental budget. Pelosi and Obama simply want to have an extra annual budget they can control and pour into their pet projects. Ridiculous after Obama's preaching about overspending in the private sector.
