Well, he could fire the agents. But he won’t.

The president believes that federal resources should not be used to circumvent state lawsYou mean like laws forbidding gun registration?

The president believes that federal resources should not be used to circumvent state laws...Got to keep that quote around for future use to bludgeon the Demo/Commies when he contradicts himself on a states' rights issue or two... So, ODumbo, what do you think about the way that the Tenth Amendment is being abused by the Congress? And what do you think about Real ID? And what are your thoughts about the Feds essentially blackmailing states into making seatbelt laws a primary offense that can lead to motor vehicle stops, etc. etc.

This is the right thing for him to do. It is ridiculous when a state says “we want medical marijuana” and then the Fed steps all over the their decision because the Feds think they know better.

This is a bit off subject, but an interesting tid bit I heard on the news last night:
Weve often thought people were making big bucks working with drug cartels.
The investigator that tried to expose Bernie Madoff explained.
Some of Madoffs money came from the Russian mob and the Latin American drug cartels, Markopolos explained. If he would have known my name and he knew that we had a team tracking him, I didnt think I was long for this world.

You make it sound like everyone is just going to start getting high, and let someone take their guns. I’m not, are you? This could be just the first step towards returning states rights.

Barry knows dope keeps us docile and stupid -- guns keep us free. Federal gun control laws, like the Great Society and the WOD, is based on the New Deal view of the Commerce Clause.
In your personal opinion, based upon your reading of the Constitution, is this in keeping with the original meaning of the Commerce Clause?

I would hate for the legalization of pot to be the first step or the last step towards returning states rights.
I'd like the first step to be allowing the states to determine if abortions can be performed within their boundaries.

No, I don't agree with the New Deal view.
