COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Michael Phelps has been suspended from competition for three months by USA Swimming, the latest fallout from a photo that showed the Olympic great inhaling from a marijuana pipe.

The IOC has a 4 year ban for any illegal drug use, not just performance enhancing stuff.
Let us see if they are willing to enforce it, or they just follow the money.
