The very first itty-bitty baby Barak sighting recorded was by Susan Blake, on Mercer Island WA, just across from Vancouver BC.
Susan makes a point of saying that she showed Stanley Ann how to change a diaper.
Therefore itty-bitty baby Barak was so young that Stanley Ann hadn’t yet learned this most essential of maternal skills.
An hour’s drive from Vancouver, 2500 miles from Hawaii....
