I like that idea. It’s just too much to drive 3000 miles for me.

I like the idea of each state capitol for those who can’t get to DC. Maybe this idea has been offered already, but how about on April 15, and everyone not work that day? Shut down the economy. I’m for not paying taxes either but don’t want to promote illegality and all that.

I agree with this idea...

Anyone remember those “sistahs” who found a way to scam the system by taking in each other’s children and getting mucho moolah from the .gov by doing it?

We could all figure out “legal” ways to scam the system... Get those mail-order “reverund” diplomas, and start our own church, open day care centers, and swap children, declare ourselves “charitable organizations”, etc.

Get our Freepr tax experts to look for all those loopholes, find all the .gov freebies we can, and take the system down by it’s own rules..

Some can file extensions, others can mess up withholding, a thousand little individual “tea parties”.

On the “church” idea... some of us can hold our “services” on Monday, some on Tuesday, etc... we each take turns going to each other’s “services”, and we can get our “real estate” considered tax exempt as well.

That would bollux up the works enough, I think. But it is late, and there must be something I am missing.

I’m working on the withholding thing.
The childcare thing is interesting except that you invite the state into your home for inspections where they find upteen “violations” you have to fix before they “let” you bring in kids.
A bunch of fees and taxes along with that too (NY State of course)

A church? A good idea for non-catholics maybe. I think we catholics might get in deep doo doo over something like that.

If we got a lot to file extension on taxes that would hurt both State and Federal and give us until October, in the meantime do other suggestions of hitting them where it hurts.

You disagree with which part? That the media won’t cover a conservative protest, or that we need to do something more aggressive than a sit-in?

Maybe we Freepers could all start “home businesses”, and take in each other’s laundry, so to speak.

We each could specialize of course, in our own areas. Think of all the necessities of life; food, clothing, toys, drugstore items, whatever..

We can then deduct all sorts of things, and if I understand it, we only have to show a profit after three years?

This is kind of a Dan’s bake sale writ large. Think of the deductions! Our “profits could be just large enough to get us legal, but not enough to be taxable. We could all qualify for the new “tax deductions” that those paying no taxes get.

Some Freeprs could start home business helping us with all the paperwork and forms, some could help with “legal” advice...

I ought to go to bed, because I am way out on a limb here, and have no idea what I am doing with this saw in my hand...

The march is fine but you can forget about recalling any Senators or Representatives.

The United States Constitution does not provide for nor authorize the recall of United States officers such as Senators, Representatives, or the President or Vice President, and thus no Member of Congress has ever been recalled in the history of the United States.

The right to remove a Member of Congress before the expiration of his or her constitutionally established term of office is one which resides exclusively in each House of Congress as established in the expulsion clause of the United States Constitution.

Are you kidding? If a million well dressed, well mannered, reasonable folks turned up in DC for a march....They'd notice. If they didn't, then the coming pitchforks and torches will be the least of their worries.

An America first rally would get as much attetion from the media as me walking down the street naked. In my opinion (everyone has one), we need a second “Tea Party”. The single focus should be “Taxation without representation” and target all offices of elected officials from the local to state to federal. Some sort of symbolic action at all those sites. Pouring Loose tea around the entrances, or throwing tea bags at the windows. yeah, some might even put some pebbles in those bags. I can’t imagine anyone doing that. I would never do that. Just saying.

What a beautiful sight if at least 10,000 marched in D.C. with pitchforks and torches. The only recorse for LEOs would be fire hoses.

The democrats like pork, so give it too them. Get 4 or six dump truck loads of pig poo and dump it in front of the capital. A couple of people get arrested for disturbing the peace, but it will own the news cycle that day.

If you could raise the cash on the quite buy up 535 pigs, spray paint the reps names on them, and turn them loose on the streets of DC. Believe me the traffic jam will get some press coverage, and the PETA crew will stop the cops from just shooting them.

Or empty a few bags of cow manure in front of every congressional office in the country is a note that says STOP THE BS. If it happened in one place it is ignored. If it happened in front of every one of their offices on the same day, well that is a different matter.

“”If we fight CW2 we have to fight smart, not bloody. Get together groups of hackers and bring down moveon.org and DU. Find ways to disrupt the finances of Soros and Buffett. Knock out the electricity and aqueducts to LA in the middle of the summer. Don’t all gather in one place so they can round you up. Cause millions of little acts of sabotage all over the country. Find a way to cause thousands of fraudulent credit card donations to the Democrats so that they will no longer be able to accept them.

The reason we survived 9/11 was that there was no follow up. Thanks in large part to GW. But also thanks to our enemy putting vast amounts of resources into a single massive attack. Sure it was shocking, but it just rallied us against them. Now if instead they had just wrecked out economy and kept it wrecked for eight years, the we would almost certainly have to capitulate. The other advantage with annoyance attacks is there are no martyrs to avenge.”

Interesting points. With that in mind, I’d focus attacks on the media. 1. They are already hurting financially. 2. They HAVE to cover it.
