He did not have to vote for either Obama OR McCain. There is no moral high ground in voting for someone who is worse than the one you promised never to vote for. But get well, Al.

I’m surprised that yours is the only protest against 5-hour blocks for two talk show hosts. No matter how good they are, this will compromise the punch of their shows. I love Doug McIntyre, and I listen off and on to Al Rantel. But I am afraid this is a road to ruin for their shows and for their health. I sent an email to KABC programming that I hope this is very temporary. Why not give more hours to Curtis Sliwa? I think he has a very good show, and now it is just one hour too late for me.
