Speaking of the Fourth Amendment:

Why is it a violation of the Fourth Amendment that cries to heaven for vengeance, if the CIA, FBI, or NSA listens to the telephone call of a non-citizen who is a terrorist,

but NOT a violation of the Fourth Amendment if the government grabs my COMPLETE MEDICAL HISTORY, and scans and digitizes it, and uses it to take control of my medical care?

It is a violation. They don’t care about the Constitution and the time is NOW to let them know that we do.
